Online store and storefront development

In Kazakhstan, many online purchases are finalized in WhatsApp. We build stores that work with this habit: the catalog and cart live on the site, and the order reaches the seller in the messenger already assembled - with items, sizes and the total.

What's included

  • Catalog with categories, filters, sizes and stock levels
  • Cart and WhatsApp checkout with a pre-filled message
  • Product pages with photos and video, fast image loading via CDN
  • Admin panel for products, categories and the blog
  • CRM for the owner: orders, customers, sales
  • Bonuses and cashback for repeat customers
  • Store versions in Kazakh, Russian and English

Who it's for

  • Clothing brands that want their own storefront instead of taking orders in social media messages
  • Stores with a physical location that need a catalog and sales tracking
  • Manufacturers who want to take orders without a marketplace

How we work

From brief to launch

  1. 01

    Scoping

We discuss the goal and constraints and propose the simplest solution that achieves it. Then we agree on scope, timeline and cost.

  2. 02

    Design

Structure, prototypes and a design system. The interface is designed for phones from the start and in every language you need.

  3. 03

    Development

Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL or Supabase. We share work-in-progress versions as live links, not in a slide deck.

  4. 04

    Launch and growth

Domain, hosting, analytics, SEO and monitoring. After launch, you can keep developing the project with us.

Questions and answers

Why run your own store instead of selling on a marketplace?

On a marketplace you pay a commission and compete with other products on the same page. Your own store means your brand, your customers and your contact base. Businesses often combine the two: the marketplace for reach, their own site for repeat customers.

Who will add the products?

You will, through the admin panel: products, prices, stock and photos. At ZEREKlab the blog is managed there too, and sales staff work in a separate portal with their own login.

Can the site accept online payments?

We discuss the payment method at the start: it depends on your bank and business structure. Many stores find it easier to start with WhatsApp orders and add online payment once order volume grows.
