Since 2012 the company has been making ventilation systems, air ducts, laser-cut metal parts and kitchen equipment. It needed a website that collects inquiries and helps clients estimate the cost, and a system where an order does not get lost between the site survey, payment, production and installation.
What we built
- Website with services, production, a project portfolio, reviews and a cost calculator
- Inquiries from the site, a WhatsApp button, Google and 2GIS maps
- CRM with a kanban board: 12 stages from request and site survey to installation
- Formula-based pricing that recalculates when the material changes
- Quote export to Excel
- Reference lists of materials, product templates, clients and payment types
- Staff login, file storage with a Kazakhstani provider, Docker and automated deployment
